RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE : ALL SALE ITEMS & VINTAGE JEWELRY ARE NON RETURNABLE.

 

If you would like to return item/s, please contact me by e-mail within 2 days of receiving item/s to receive refund authorization. Once you have authorization, you must return the item/s immediately (within 2 days) by recorded post.

 

The following conditions apply for you to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price only (minus any custom tax occured when returning the item) of any returned item/s:

* Goods must be remain unused and in their original condition so they can be resold as new. Products that arrive to you with tags attached, must be returned with tags attached. Borrowing for a night out is considered used, and will be denied a refund.

 

* Goods must be securely returned with their original packaging and order reference number. Money back will be returned as a refund to the same card used to purchase the item/s.

 

* Money back applies to the price of the item/s only (minus any custom tax occured when returning the item); postage costs and custom tax charges will not be refunded.

If your item/s were damaged in the post please e-mail me, in order for me to make a claim with the postal service.

ALL ITEMS SENT INSURED ARE ONLY COVERED FOR THE COST OF THE ITEM, INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF POSTAGE/SHIPPING.
